[0:27]" Well I do believe that the legislation is the right steps in terms helping. To deter her bullying. But I also think it's critical for prevention because she can't legislate. How people interact with one and other. But you can't teach children. -- to be more aware and responsive. Not only -- feelings of others. But the wave there actions and behaviors intact it."
