Communities who have been excluded from construction jobs need to have access to some of the infrastructure. And residential repair job. People and the kind of -- green economy investments. In that area need to make sure that these that are well trained well paid and sustainable. Job so that's. A second dimension and then. We've got to get on with continuing to rebuild enforcement of our labor policies in a modern ways that. Keeps the economy moving."
