And in the whole purpose of this bill was not necessarily adjusted to goose Wall Street and and get it going stronger but to make sure that there was money flowing in the economy. That banks would lend to one another that they would lend to businesses and that. Really this whole world of credit on which the US economy and really the global economy is based on this freezing up. That with this bill not passing now will be bigger concerns if we are having tightening of lending before. That the fear is we will continue to see that more I mean this morning we had -- news about Wachovia selling its retail. -- banks to city. And what you know they couldn't wait for this bill to go through and the question now is but has still not passing will there be more examples of that."
