Without any of that it has to have great food. Rate -- program great service overwhelming hospitality. In order for it to be successful. All of the -- world is wonderful but the restaurant has to be a great restaurant so that's certainly what we're shooting for. Now one of things haven't mentioned yet is that this is a broadcast facility you know without an astronaut that's okay so TV and radio broadcast from here exactly -- So the studio is wherever that we feel like it there are six different locations. Where we have again this fairly. New technology. Where you can come in the radio station could come in or television station can come in and virtually plug and play. In cities brought broadcast service panels and goes direct back your studio. So we're having. Stations are our opinion here already for pregame and post game. We'll be doing shows on a continuous basis events here where they can broadcast live right from concept to open a chain of these cross country. I believe that if we're successful here first -- that we would love to take are act on the road. But obviously we need to be very successful with the version one point oh first."
